"I didn't even know where to begin"
Contrary to the assertions of insurance companies, some politicians and many in the media, most people are not "sue happy." Many come to personal injury lawyers' offices and say "I never thought I'd find myself in a lawyers office talking about a lawsuit."Fact is that life happens and sometimes an injury is causd by the negligence of someone else. Not all the time...certainly not every scratch and bruise is a lawsuit waiting to happen...
When an injury does occur to someone who has never needed to talk to a personal injury lawyer before there is a huge learning curve for that person. Our whole point with BenGlassLaw and our books is this:
If you need information about your case, who are you going to get it from? The insurance adjuster? The lawyer who did your brother's divorce? Your friend the store owner down the street?
Think about it.
